Simple meal with grilled chops. Two had Wolfe Regular and one was naked, for my better half. Added some roasted taters, pasta salad and cold grilled veggies in a vinegar dressing.

We had chops last night as well. cooked to 145 mine was a little tough and dry the wifes was juicy and tender.Is Wolfe Regular a rub? It certainly gives a nice color.

Good looking chops. I love the "bone-in" variety. Most of the ones I find around here are very thin though.
