Shrimp with Jamaican Firewalk, then my homemade salsa, sour cream, cream cheese ( used light ) fresh basil.
This would work on anything, over pasta, rice. Any type of seafood, good bread! I think I will do this at Eggtober after party.

chicken on now, for the week.I do not get to cook much during the week but enjoy egged food all week!

I coated the shrimp with Jamican firewalk & cooked.
Added (just guessing) 1 cup salsa, 1 tablespoon sour cream, 1 tablespoon cream cheese, 3 leaves fresh basil. I am going to grill some grouper & add sauce. Will post tomorrow.

Looks great Susan..wouldn't have thought of cream cheese and sour cream with salsa but sounds good!... I've come to believe salsa is like bacon and is good with or on about anything!!..especially homemade salsa! :woohoo:
