Forgot to remove the skin behind the BB rib what will it do ?

  • The membrane? Just make it tough to chew and tough to rip apart.
  • Cook. It really will not harm the ribs. I believe it can even add flavor because it is holding the natural juice inside the ribs. You may even like them this way.

It didn't hurt my first all. But I did get some negative after that I took the next ones off....I couldn't tell the difference.
  • I never do myself. I've never found it to be a problem.

the dreaded rib police will arrive and take them from you! Actually its tradition to remove - otherwise putting the rub on the membrane is akin to showering in a raincoat.
