We had Pork Butts last night for football games... The best I've ever made, used the Stoker & injected w/pineapple juice, worsteshire, bourbon and ancho chili powder. Was about a 15.5 hr cook (7lb + 9lb) ..was fantastic!!

Today, I asked the wife to get a dozen or so jalapeno's for some ABT's. She came back w/10 jalapenos that were huge - around 4 inches long!! Used some apple bacon, cream cheese and leftover Pork Butt.. Had my neighbors begging for more..

I love these long weekends. - Ribs tomorrow !!
