We just pulled about 20 lbs of ripe tomatoes out of the garden. Anyone care to share your favorite tomato recipes, grilled or otherwise?
Thanks!

Paula Dean has a really good marinated tomato recipe. It has EVOO, seasoned salt, garlic salt, red wine vinegar, pepper, and parsley. Go to the food network site and look up the recipe. Good luck, Tom

This looks great. It appears you didn't skin or remove the seeds? Can this be frozen?
Thanks

Just cut in half and roast. I've never tried to freeze it. It makes 4 decent size servings and will last a couple of days in the fridge.LBGE Katy (Houston) TX
