Still a problem - band review

Thanks to everyone below for their help, but I still didn't eliminate the gap at the back of my egg.

I loosened everything, had my wife (great woman, huh?) sit on it, tightened it back together and at first it is always tight. However, when I open the dome once, it'll then have the gap at the back.

So, I've attached some pictures. Does this band look OK, does a bolt look out of whack...anything? At this point, I'm leaning to ordering another band or hiring the Geek Squad!

Do it again. This time put a spacer in front under the lift handle. Something at least a 1/2 inch tall or taller. Might force the back side down even more. It worked for me.

Try spraying all your pivot points with WD-40.
