griled romaine salad- how to ?

Howdy folks...

I´v e seen some mighty good looking grilled romaine salad on a couple of pics lately.

Whats the secret in grilling those ? Just wash and put on the grill ? Oil, dressing or seasoning in advance or after grilling ?
How long to grill at wich temperatures ?

Did you try it yet? I used Fidel's dressing recipe and the grilled romaine was like heroine.
