Marinated some wings in Mojo overnight then indirect at 250 with some apple and pecan wood. After an hour and 1/2 basted them with Louisiana wing sauce mixed with butter and ranch dressing and kicked up the fire to about 350 for the final 1/2 hour.


Cold beer wings and Monday night football.
