Thanks to both of you for the inspiration...
I made awesome cinnamon rolls this morning, varied a little with what I had in the house (Grands biscuits). They were superb!

Made my very own pizza dough, quite a feat for a girl who doesn't bake. Found some Pasta flour in the cabinet, mixed it with all-purp flour. Hopefully it will taste as good as it looks. Don't know how long that pasta flour has been in there, never used it!
