I am reposting the first two pics.

The onion was done with a stick of unsalted butter seasoned with "Slap Yo Mama" seasoning and a littler "Lemon Pepper." Cooked at 350ish direct for about 50-60 min.

Finished cook- The steak was a little overdone for my taste but still good.

I was recently introduced to Slap Ya Mama on a trip to Destin, FL. It was in the cabinet at the condo we rented and I think I used it on everything from scrambled eggs to fresh fish. It is GOOD stuff and I can imagine is AWESOME on that onion.

I just happened to see it at Walmart. I only bought it because of the name, but man it is good. We love it.

That steak is not overdone, it is PERFECT. Add a little brown rice to the party and thats my favorite meal.
