  • Thanks, I'll be honest , that cook was a while ago, I know rubbed up good, Dizzy, John Henry or our own, indirect 250ish, pulled a little before temp hit. treated like a butt, foiled, toweled and in a cooler, then took to a friends. Sliced upon arriving. We just loaded a bunch of pictures from the last six months into photo bucket and with the help of fellow eggers figured out how to post. I'm sure i'll throw some more on tonight. Pictures and food. Thanks again to everyone.Brett
