Tonight's dinner was some burgers. Two had DP's Cowlick(for me)The other two had Raising the Steaks(for my wife and son).I also threw on some frozen french fries. They came out pretty darn good :woohoo: I grilled some romaine for my burgers also :woohoo: I only cooked fries for me.I was tight on grillspace, since my small egg has been hijacked :silly: And I didn't feel like starting up the fuel burner(XL)

LOL did the same tonight. Burgers mixed with onions, worstshire and cow lick then topped with more com lick. Leftover baked beans from yesterday with about a pound of the bark.
Great minds think alike. -
Damn,I forgot to make beans :pinch: Pretty good stuff though
-
Very nice, Doug!!
BTW, at what temp do you cook your burgers?
Greg -
Thanks Greg,I started at about 400,but let it drop down to 350 while taking pics and turning the fries

Don't know about Doug's but mine were 425 direct. Burgers were just over 1/2# each.

Those look good! Gotta love those DP rubs! Here are some I did a couple of weeks ago with Cowlick, with a little blue cheese mixed in with a vidalia onion on top.

You can't beat a Bubba Burger when you are in a pinch. I prefer to make my own burgers without question. I always keep a box of Bubba for that late night, post backyard happy hour snack.

That looks like a plate of heaven!!!!!!

I've never thought of putting some frozen fries on the egg, but it sounds like something I may experiment with this week--thanks for the idea!
Oh yeah, the burgers look great!
