Hi, I'm new to the forums. I've had a medium Egg for about 8 years. For the first 7 years, I've only used it as a grill. I just got into using it as a slow smoker recently.

My favorite thing to cook is thick chops.

    Welcome to the Forum. You can certainly learn a lot here about smoking on the Egg. Looks like you've already got a good start on the chops.
