From a recipe posted on the website, I did not use the seasoning, just followed the time & temp. All was well reiceved, thank you for th guidance!
One skewer of Jumbo Scallops at 425 for 20 minutes with only Dill as seasoning, and a JUMBO Shrimp/Crab/Bacon wrap (15-20) at 425 at 425 for 5 minutes per side. z

  • Uhhhhhh, I forgot to say that it was shrimp and crab wrapped in bacon, and I did not NOT take a pic of my scallops . . . they're ingested by now. Very impromptu cook, but was really good . . . !

    I'll answer for him (his brother) as he's in Chicago at the Cubs game today. We live in Washington which is about 10 miles from Peoria. Arthur is 1 to 1.5 hours or so South of us.
