Heres the results from my first chicken cook. The prep was quiet simple. Just enough olive oil to moisten and covered in ragin river. Cooked at about 300 most of the time. Went up to 350 after the first hour and a half. Cooked indirect for two hours and them went direct for the last 30 min to hour. Turned out great. Not use to having chicken this moist. Very flavorful. Oh yea, I also put a can of beer in the drip pan.
