I cooked a pork tenderloin tonight and it was GREAT!!!
It weighed 1.2 lbs. I made small slits in the tenderloin and stuffed it with vidalia onion. I then coated it with Dizzy Dust. Then it was wrapped in bacon. I cooked it indirect at 400 degrees at the dome until the internal temp was 160. It was so juicy. we ate the whole thing..we had corn & a salad also,. I cooked it on the small with some corn.
Up close on the pork
Pizza tomorrow night...I can't wait

Been at the beach all week and I miss my BGE...eating out every night is for the birds and bad for the pocketbook. -
That looks really good, great job. It looks like you were not tempted to use your discount BBQ sauce from Krogers!
I need to try some corn this weekend. Erik -
Awesome looking cook Kim. A PTL is on my short list for sure.

Thanks! Haven't tried tenderloin yet, but I will use your method. Mouth watering pics.
