That meal looks great! How's the sweet corn in Olathe this year. I used to live in Denver and we used to eat Olathe sweet corn.......it was so sweet and delicious. Have you cooked any corn on your egg yet?

The corn here has been decent so far, not very sweet. I haven't cooked any on the Egg yet because I have been boiling it with sugar. Hope to next weekend.
