Venison Ribs...my brother and I were

talking about venison ribs on my last visit with him. He is a big hunter and keeps me supplied with all kind of venison. Any one here do venison ribs and are the worth having them packaged at the processor?

There is not much meat on the ribs. I've eaten them before, but I wouldn't search real hard to get my hands on some.
