I have been thinking alot about pizza lately too. Even to the point of learning to make my own crust(if anyone wants to chime in with a recipe/techniqe it would be great).
And the pizza for breakfast comment has me thinking about sausage and egg's on one......hmmmm.

Goggle "Big Green Egg Recipe" and you'll see a book published 3/2007. There are a lot of great recipes in it including pizza dough and sauce. I make them all the time and they are hands down the best pizza I have ever had in my life! Sausage, pepperonis, artichokes (really good on pizza), mozzarella cheese, mushrooms and onions.
