Hi All, I have an XL and am doing my second cook on it. Doing turkey burgers & squash. Question is...how high can I go on the temp without hurting the gasket? Thanks in advance. Love this thing!

You will get varying opinions, but I would go with 350-400deg.

Like a lot of members say. Think of it as an oven and cook accordingly.

350 to 400 like Bacchus says. Do that for several cooks before seeing what that baby can do.
