Hi Eggheads,
I would like to show off the egg's capabilities once again to some of my friends. I was thinking it would be to make some beef jerky and/or pig candy.
I would like to keep it Simple if thats possible.
Your EGGSPERT advice and recipes much appreciated
~Pharmeggist
P.S. my goal is to make it this Sunday and Have it ready for Monday evening

I followed thirdeye's recipe - it's mightyfine and you can find it here:

Not sure about jerky
Fatty's and ABT's will impress as well.
Good luck with it. -
Thanks for the link.... I did a search for pig candy and it found every word that had pig in it  This narrows it down a little bit.

I use the Naked Whiz recipe with much success, though I find my time to be shorter than his (could be I run slightly hotter). So my only suggestion is just to watch your cook on that one, check it at the 10 minute mark on each side.
My local butcher has a variation on the Pig Candy, using Chipolte instead of Cayenne. Haven't tried it yet, but it sounds interesting.
