Larry, thank you for your blackened catfish recipe. It was terrific and easy to do. Gave me the first opportunity to try out my cast iron skillet. Was great. Will definitely do again soon. Thanks again.

Glad it turned out good Dave..I have played with blackened stuff a few times and like it.When you get a chance order a bottle of this it's great for anything blackened.
