That there is John Henry's Jerk Chicken Rub mixed with a little paprika for color. If you want to try some, you know where to get it...just click on the chicken on the homepage. By the way , this was my "test cook" of that chicken stand/wok thing and it worked real good. Fit perfect on my Medium Egg. The chicken "juices" drip on the veggies for some extra good flavor.Fred A. I started them all together. Did it DIRECT and the veggies had to be pulled about half way through which was cool because I had more to put on. Next time I'm gonna try INDIRECT and see how that works ... the "medium" was really rockin with all that chicken fat fueling the fire !!!
