Finally hit my temps - Turkey

I had a bit of trouble dialing in temps during my first two cooks. Today I hit them perfectly, today was easy. Two brined 7-8lb turkey breasts, I used lump hickory and wet hickory chips, took around 4.5 hours, now wrapped and in a cooler:

Good looking birds there. I did one last weekend but it wasn't pixel worthy. Tasted great though.

Oh that looks great! Why did you feel the need to use hickory chips and chunks? Seems like a bit much.
