Just finished 6 BB's for the weekend and was wondering how many of my fellow eggers are cooking ribs. If you wish to participate take the subject line and add your count to whatever is there. Hope everyone has a safe and happy 4th.

First time to BBQ pork ribs this weekend - hosting my parents, too. I've twice b/f smoked beef ribs. Eager to try out St. Louis style pork ribs on Sunday.
