My first pizza

On a whim tonight I decided to do my first pizza. I didnt feel good about it(didn't do any research) but I really believed I could make it work. I used a real simple crust recipe out of a cookbook. Really all it was was rapid rising yeast in two cups of warm water and add flour till it looks right or it starts cleaning the side of the mixing bowl as its being mixed. Let it rise for one hour and then rolled it out. Cooked @ about 500 for about 15min. On a scale of 1-10 my wife said it was a 7 or 8. I thought it was pretty good especially on a whim. Can't wait to get better crust and different ideas. Heres ya food porn!
