I will start by saying I do not have my camera here so no pics. Sorry :ermm: but I took new Yukon golds and sliced them thick. a med one into 4 slices the long way. Then drizzled with EVO and sprinkled heavily with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Really coated them good. did indirect, raised grid with two turkey thighs underneath them on the regular grill. topped with fine grated rock hard old parm cheese when they were done. These will be a regular for sure. very, very good! All golden brown and bubbled. the skin is off the roof of my mouth but I do not care! :huh: turkey thighs were with ragin river and had grilled romaine another new favorite.

We have done sweet potatoes with Cinnamon, brown sugar and butter and had great results. Need to try some the way you did em. Sound yummmmy!

I think you should put the turkey over the potatoes and let them lube the potatoes. -RP

How long did you cook the yukon thick slices?? Same as the turkey??
