Did a few boston butts for some pulled pork.

Was very good. This was my second time doing butts on the egg, and it worked very well. I set my Maverick for alarms and it only woke me up once for a quick adjustment. Other than that, slept all the way through the night.

My friends really enjoyed it!

Dizzy Pig is definetly the way to go when cooking a butt. Depending on the mood, I'll add some garlic to the rub or some Turbinado sugar...or BOTH.!

Dizzy Pig Coarse is the best for a long cook.
