I am cooking for my sister in law and another friend for the fourth. Than we are going to freeze one of them for ourselves and eat one.
I may have made a mistake trying the boneless front shoulders
So I have two front shoulders , one boston butt and four boneless front shoulders I started at this morning. I think it is going to be a long night.
