My firebox is in 4 pieces and epoxy won't help. What do I need to do to get it replaced?

Go through the dealer you bought it from. In the meantime, use it as is, or, repair it with JBWeld....

Mine broke into three parts....I just went to my dealer, filled out a warranty claim and took my new firebox home. Simple.

check with your dealer. it's under warranty (assuming you are the original owner, tc. etc.)
if he'll let you keep the busted one, you can still use it. doesn't need to be whole, just as long as it stays together. then put the new one on a shelf until the old one is unuseable
mine was in three or four pieces by the end.ed egli avea del cul fatto trombetta -Dante
