My Butt is Frozen!

A couple of weeks ago I cooked and froze 15 pounds of butt (7.5 pounds finished) for an upcoming engagement party. I am thawing it out now in the refrigerator for the party on Saturday. I have read to put some coke classic in with the butt while warming. Any additional thoughts or hints that could help ensure some tasty butt?

I put my pulled pork in the crock pot the morning I am going to eat it. At least 6 hours ahead of time before we eat. I like to heat it up on low. I use one 12 oz can of regular coke and a few squirts of bbq sauce....I stir it about every 30 minutes...it tastes yummy when it is time to eat...
