Hey Dr. BBQ,
I did the "Texas Pork Roast" recipe from your Big TIme book today. My neighbors asked me what I was cooking and after sampling it they said it was incredible. I think they may want to buy an egg now :) Anyway, I told them I got the recipe from your book and I showed it to them. Looking forward to getting your NFL book that I pre-ordered. Also, wanted to mention that I like your updated website too B)
