Pulled beef

Made pulled beef with 3 chuck roasts yesterday following Clay's recipe in the forum recipe section. It took a little longer than anticipated to get through stage 1 and 2 but just went with the temp rcommendations. A big thumbs up on this one and I recommend trying it - it was mightyfine. Thanks a bunch for sharing the recipe Clay.

I made this one again last weekend, my whole family loves it. Great twist on traditional inexpensive "pot roast"
