Cherry and Apple Chunks in NW suburbs of Chicago..

Hey Gang,

Does anyone have a decent hook up for cherry and apple wood chunks in the NW suburbs? I have been looking everywhere lately and am only finding hickory and mesquite.

Call and ask Gary at Bjorkman's Ace Hardware in McHenry. He really expanded his BGE accessories and all sorts of rubs, sauces, lump, smoking woods, etc. this year.

Last time I was in Backyard Barbecue in Wilmette, which was last season, Dan & Brian had a big selection of chunks. Definitely worth a call.

Thanks Mike! Cabellas was the 1st place I went since they used to carry all the different chunks in the store. They have now stocked most of that space with pellets for the Traeger's....
