What a busy cooking weekend

Started out Friday evening with the bacon wrapped tator tots.

Saturday morning I started on the food we will serve at our BBQ this next Sunday. Started by trimming 4 slabs of spares to ST. Louis style, and getting them on the Egg.

Then took the trimmings an cooked them down and made a huge batch of chile.

This morning I started 2 chuck roasts for some pulled beef, dang that's an involved long cook.

Then for dinner I'm trying Wise Ones chicken wings. -RP
