This one took about 17 hours to reach 192 when I pulled it off. It stayed in the cooler foiled for two hours:

    Looks great and I can actually smell it since we just finished cleaning up from ours. It look 17 hours to get to 197 and just fell apart.

    No, Miss Raven is not a puppy. She's about 9 years old.

    She is a full-blooded Siberian Husky, with a pretty good lineage.

    That being said, she is at the low end of the breed standard for size. Well within the limits, but just small. Of course, the female Huskies are quite a bit smaller than the males to start with.

    She's one of the sweetest dogs I've ever been around.
