What a great way to do chicken! I couldn't follow his recipe exactly, couldn't find the Paul Newmans dressing. I pounded the breasts flat, then marinaded in Kraft Zesty Italian dressing with some fresh grated Romano cheese for about 6 hours. Cooked at 600 on a raised grid about 4 minutes per side. It has got to be the best chicken we have had yet...even better than spatchcocked! Thanks Mickey for the recipe.
