Thick cut, bone-in pork chops with a little olive oil and Shakin' the Tree. Hot sear and then dwell. Man, those were tasty.

Well, Sharon might argue that point. But, ...Simple is as Simple does. You can take it either way, I'm sure.
BTW, it looks like you were in fine form this past weekend.

I agree. Simple is good and that looks good. Got to work graveyards tonight so going to just throw on a couple chicken breast and maybe some mashed potatoes. That salid finnishes the plate off!

I've really gotten hooked on the Shakin'the Tree. Man, that's good stuff!
You got any left-overs to graze on?
Mike -
hahah so that's where that came from. There was one hiding in my crate Sunday morning. That and half a bottle of rum that may belong to Desert Filly. I seem to remember her or someone resembling her stashing it in there.
Good one Tom! -
so you ended up with one too!...hhaa . .funny. ...sure glad you managed to make it!. . anymore, it wouldn't be a fest without your chesire cat grin there!!!. ..

My Best,

I'm getting concered. Seems like this is the 2nd time I've seen your plate with salad without 1000 Island.
Come to think of it, I haven't seen any tater tots lately. Have you tried the bacon wrapped tater tots that Sam and Diane pioneered down at the Florida Fest? -
Very observant my Friend. It's a low fat Catalina that's not bad. But it's no Thousand Island. Also, I've been laying off the fried stuff lately, and that's sure how I like my Tots.
Were those bacon wrapped Tots in Florida baked on the Egg? Did the Tots get done? That sounds really good. Dip those puppies in a Chipotle/Thousand Island sauce and , O Man!
Looks like you guys had fun this past weekend.
