I'm glad you guys liked the apple crisp. Especially since it was gluten free. The recipe is page 236, in the Gluten free kitchen, by Roben Ryberg. If you've got gluten intolerant friend in this is the go to book for baking. The muffins are really good. I'll also type up the recipe in the next couple of days.
