eafos babyback ribs and other random eggings

found a 'cherry chipotle' rub at our local eggery, a bit too hot for the wife and kids (not that it stopped them from chowing). used a combo of cherry and hickory chips along with a lump of applewood in the egg. followed the basic cooking directions for ribs from the eggsite, worked great.

also did some asparagus wrapped with bacon and some veggies

and some other stuff....none of which turned out as good as it looks in these pics, since i left it all on a bit too long

    Great lookin ribs there.Mine will be ready soon :woohoo: The veggies look good also,even if they are a bit overdone :whistle: It is hard to believe that you can cook that much food on a medium egg :woohoo: I love my medium,and use it almost daily :woohoo: :);)

    i dont know if they were overdone....i'm "allergic" to veggies. at least when there are spicy ribs on the table.

    and i think i could easily have fit 4 racks on the medium egg.

    todays rib cook was a test run for Mothers Day, when the wifes family is coming over.
