Okay so I think my Brisket is going to be really good this time (the last 2 were failures). Since it is starting to get close to 190, my question is.....When do you guys put the sauce on your brisket? Before it comes off the egg or while it is resting or when ready to serve? Brisket is just one thing I haven't cooked much. Thanks :unsure:
