One more? with the Brisket

Okay so I think my Brisket is going to be really good this time (the last 2 were failures). Since it is starting to get close to 190, my question is.....When do you guys put the sauce on your brisket? Before it comes off the egg or while it is resting or when ready to serve? Brisket is just one thing I haven't cooked much. Thanks :unsure:

I slice then add sauce, back to egg for about 45 minutes in pan covered with foil.
If it wasn't tender when you took it off, it will be after the 45 minutes.

I'm not one to sauce my brisket. Slice it and take a piece from the center, taste it. Does it need sauce? I usually put a few sauces on the table and let the guests decide.

I put in foil for a few hours in an empty cooler wrapped in towels. Then slice and paint each slice with some sauce. You can slice off the point if you have a packer brisket and put that back on the smoker for a couple hours and then cube and put in some sauce.
