Cooked shrimpburgers (just for you Spring Hen)

Morning All:
Like I said, here are some pics of cooking the Shrimpburgers. Egg is at about 350 to 375, direct on the main grid level on a pan (I have a nice pizza pan with holes that works well)
Here is the first batch right after I put them on
And then after the first flip:
Here is the second batch of 12 on the buns awaiting some Wasabi Mayo to top them off.
Open face with some Wasabi Mayo on the bun and then on the burger is the way we serve them as a meal. If we are doing them as appetizers, then I spread on the Mayo, put 4 toothpicks in them and cut into quarters.
If anyone has any questions, please feel free to give me a shout.

Jay, when I saw the rolls, I thought shrimp sliders. Those are the same rolls I use for burgers.

Awwww, Jay, you're killing me here. Those look so good!! It was great seeing you in Ocala and it would have even been greater if we could have made some shrimp burgers together. Of course, without Kathy, it just would not be the same....maybe y'all could come to the Texas Eggfest???? Huh??? Huh?????Judy

Morning Spring Hen:
No way that we can make Texas this year. Originally we had planned on doing Oklahoma City, but even that has to take a back seat this year. I am planning on getting to Waldorf since that is the only weekend in May I have nothing else scheduled already.
It was great seeing you and the Chicken though. I guess we will have to wait until Atlanta or next year.Have a GREAT day!

Are you now taking vocabulary tips from CWM?
:woohoo: OMG!!!
EvansI spent most of my money on good bourbon, and bad women...the rest, I just wasted!! -
Those look great and I'll be the recipe would work with most any seafood. I would love to do it with salmon, tuna or crawfish.

Man, those look good! You said direct on the main grid, your website says raised grid. Which do you prefer? Or doesn't it really matter? Enquiring minds got to know. Thanks for the great pics.

Morning FlaMike:
I didn't realize the website was different from what I did last night. It really doesn't make much difference probably. The lower, main grid will just get them done a few seconds sooner is all. Sorry for the confusion.Have a GREAT day!
