Have only four hours and would like to get 'em as tender as possible.

How about 250-275 for 1 1/2, then foil 1 1/2 and finish for an hour unwrapped?

Opinions?

There are guys here who have forgotten more about ribs than I'll ever know, but that sounds about right to me. Maybe a touch less foil time in favor of a longer initial smoke..

you can go 300 if you really need to.
then foil for about an hour, and only another half hour after that at about 250/300 (if you want to sauce them, stickify them)....

    might not win any contests...
