Tried something a little different this morning.
Breakfast pizza:
Salsa instead of pizza sauce
Scrambled eggs (can you say scrambled egg on this forum?)
Bacon
Breakfast sausage
Roasted peppers
Mushrooms
Onion
Tomatoe
Sour Cream
Philadelphia Cream Cheese
My bride says it's a keeper

I've never done the pizza before- but I've found combining eggs, sour cream and (try this!) refried beans is an amazing combination - all three have their own creaminess and when mixed it simply kills you. I'll bet on the egg'd pizza crust it would be phenomenal. -

NOW you tell me. AFTER I cook a basic omelet. But it sounds great, Eggspecially with a good Bloody Mary. I'll add it to the list.

Here another to add to our list: Canadian bacon, fresh tomatoes, fresh basil and drop a raw egg into it and cover with cheese. the egg will cook up perfect. do them a little smaller even so the bacon slice about covers it and same with the slice of tomato. YUMMY! Julie
