The sauces were very good, alot different than what I am used to. I think that will give'em a go on my pulled pork that'll be coming in about 6hrs or so (I hope). The camera is going to take a bit of getting used to.

I've loved chimichurri from the first time I came across it in a Buenos Aires steak house. I gotta find/make some of that, and quick. Did you make or buy this, Cory?

I made both of them last night. I have never been to Argentina, but these are supposed to be authentic to the area. Let me know if you want the recipe.

Please do post it...the Brazilians I was with in BA and I tried to figure out all what was in it at the table, but only managed some of the ingredients. I'd be grateful.

I will post the recipes in a bit when I have a couple of minutes. It will probably be about an hour. I got a butt that I need to be getting off the egg and some AbT's and drumsticks that need to get on :woohoo:
