Probably gonna add a small egg to go with my large..eggcessory info on the BGE site is somewhat limited to say the least...I see there is a small platesetter, but no pizza stone.. will the large egg pizza stone fit on the small egg??

No, the stone for the large will not fit. Just for reference the grid sizes are: L 18", M 15", S 12", Mini 9". But don't let that hold you back...in fact of my eggs I love my small the best!

I didn't think there was a pizza stone made for a small...sorry..I'm out of town in a motel and have limited access..plus I've been sippin some Woodford's!... :woohoo: :woohoo:

Yeah I prolly wouldnt let that hold me back..but is a consideration since I make pizza for me and the wife unit at least once a week...

I got my BGE pizza stone the same day I got my Egg -- Maybe it was made for the Medium -- I dunno!

Yeah...I think that's what you've got..a medium pizza stone..good to know it fits on the small!! :P :P

I have to confess... it didn't take many pizzas to fry the gaskets!

But, no big deal... it still works. I only use my Small for "non-meat" cooks, like vegguies, Spuds, pizzas, breads...

That way, I always have a "clean" egg for doing pastries, breads, etc... and not get stinkies into the food.

I use the 12" pizza stone from BGE on my small Egg. It says medium, but it is 12" and 12" is 12", lol.

Well, now's the time...get that small at the Florida 'Fest!!! Call Fritz, get the small with a small platesetter, and the 9" ceramic BGE deep dish (if you flip it over, you can use the bottom for regular pizzas).

Will Fritz have items (9" deep dish) like that to sell at the Fest or do you have to order ahead of time? Do you know what other items he or other vendors may have for sale? Not trying to ruin any surprises, just curious.

Hi Kim,

He will have LOTS of items, but if there is a specific thing you're looking for, you should get in touch to make sure he brings it. He's physically located in St. Augustine, so hauls everything to the Fest from his store, and can't bring everything...

There won't be OTHER vendors there. Fritz has the exclusive as our Demo Egg dealer.
