Luckily it is a simple cook. Just some bratworst & chicken breasts. Wen out a bit ago to light for tonight & noticed the dome thermometer was sitting at 200 without a fire. Time to check the calibration? Tried to remove it and the shaft was hanging in two pieces. ha Guess it is time to go to the teltrue site & place my order. I should have done it a while ago & had a spare standing by. :blush:
