TRex Strip Steaks

Some TRex'd strip steaks I did to keep everyone in a holding pattern until the ribs finished, which was about 20 minutes after we started everyone off on these:
Coated with some peanut oil and some DP Cowlick:
Final result, 2 mid-rare, 1 medium, 1 medium-well:

I do have the cast iron grate for my LBGE, but it was busy with some ribs when I cooked the steaks on my SBGE. The grate is just the standard porcelain grate, but it seems to do a nice job with the grill marks because it sits really close to the lump, and I also heat it up while the lump is getting to TRex temperatures. -
