Plinko...has anyone used on a BGE

I am going to cook some Halibut tonight. I wanted to use the BGE but I do not know if the Plinko will brown the way it should.
I will dredge the halibut in flour, then milk & egg & then Plinko. I will cook direct raised grid at 350-400. Has anyone tried this? Will it work?
Let me know thoughts.

I use it regularly in the oven, baking and broiler with a little butter on top. Would guess that the panko in the BGE would do ok around 350-400F indirect.

plinko is what i do after too many beers, when i decide that walking around the neighborhoood, at dusk, shooting squirrels with my bb gun is a good idea.

plinko, planko, pinko, panko; whatever you call it, I love it. Mostly for pan frying or deep frying but it works on your Egg. Here is the recipe/technique I follow with salmon or whitefish like perch or pike. The thickness of the halibut may be an issue...

If you have an olive oil sprayer you can give the fish a light shot before you put them on. Plinko and panko tend to burn if left dry.
