Of course, I'll have the photojournal posted later on today. Going to try the "grab from the center" method of removing the membranes from the ribs in just a bit.

mmmm..sounds good Beanie!! We expect pix later! I'm gonna have more of the pork I burned friday/saturday while making a pot of brunswick stew today...got me thinkin though..think I'll do a couple fatties and abts too!! :blink: :woohoo:

Work off this afternoon and want to do some ribs tomorrow but my butcher is closed on Mondays and his St. Louis ore SOOO MUCH BETTER than the local grocery stores. You can post prep pics also you know as it unfolds?

Yea mon...can't go wrong with some fatties and ABTs along with the ribs. I have to go upstairs and grab the camera before I get started...

Thanks, Randy! Unfortunately, my better half just got off shift from the hospital a few hours ago and is sawing some serious logs upstairs, so I won't have anyone to shoot me while I'm doing the prep. I will, however, post the results. I appreciate the photo assist!
